Innovative high - speed modular malfunction bypass design

       Compared with traditional SVC devices represented by TCR, Static Var Generator (SVG) has faster adjusting speed,wider operating voltage and greatly reduces the proportion of carrier frequency harmonics in current compensation after adopting multi-level PWM technology. What is more, the reactors and capacitors used in SVG are far smaller than those used in SVC, which will greatly reduce the size of device. In possession of such advantages, NPV and NSV series of SVGs represent the new development trend of dynamic reactive power compensators.
        NPV series of SVGs can be directly connected to the power network at 35kv or below without the transformer; no boosting transformer is required, the total necessary space for equipment is decreased, so are the later maintenance size of personnel and the fault points of equipment.
Ø Features                                                                                                                                                                1. Modular design, easy for the expansion of system capacity;
2. Low waveform harmonic content in system output current;
3. Redundancy design, rendering high system reliability;
4. Mutually independent running and independent control of three phases,
suitable for restraining the three-phase imbalance of power network;
5. No transformer is used, reducing the production cost and decreasing the land occupation area;
6. The system adopts the box-type structure design, easy for assembly , disassembly and maintenance;
7. Small system maintenance quantity, basically free from maintenance
